Visited the mall today, I always said its a great place to bring a toddler if you have one.

Looking through the shop I found the hairless guinea pigs on show there, along with the furry types, and a few kittens. Today’s puppies were a few a couple AKC Chihuahuas, a large German Shepherd pup, and my favorite today… Golden Retrievers.

Of course they also had Jackson Chameleons, tortoise, and nice selection of aquarium fish. Conures still one of my favorites, doves, Finches, Parakeets, Cockatiels, Canaries, Parrots, and Lovebirds.

Located at Waikele Center, behind Steve & Barry’s. By the way Steve&Barry’s has everything in store on sale at $9.95 until whenever they decide to stop it – another reason to stop by the pet shop. Back to Pet’s Discount, nice size shop with a good supply of pet accessories.

On my visit they had German Shepherd puppies, a black Labrador, a Maremma Sheepdog?, and a Border Collie on display. Along with some mixed Shepherd/Chows/something else, (sorry memory lapse.) Behind the counter they had a Jackson Chameleon or two and a Sulcata tortoise. Halfway through the shop, a display gondola with a few bunnies and a Guinea Pig and at the back, some freshwater fish.

Liked the selection of puppies, hated that I’m still unable to have one.

Visited the mall today, its a great place to bring a toddler if you have one. Right across the shop is a playground made for toddlers only, gives you an excuse to come visit here.

Looking through the shop I was surprised to see that the pot-belly pig was finally gone and also surprised that they are now selling the hairless guinea pigs. I was not surprised to see the upkeep on live stock, which included a large display of Betta’s out front of their fresh and salt-water displays.

Today’s puppies were a few mixed (Pug/Fox Terrier/Chihuahuas) and a large German Shepherd. Along with normal Guinea Pigs and a few beautiful bunnies. Jackson Chameleons where available as well as some tortoise.

I’m starting to fall in love with the Conures, I wish I had enough room and time to take care of one or even the Red Bellied Parrots. Also in stock were Emerald Pidgeons, Finches, Parakeets, Cockatiels, Canaries, Parrots, and Lovebirds. This would be a good time to start too, the shop looks as though they expanded on the cages. A must look.

Well, here I am again and I still feel like a kid when I walk through. It amazes me how much of a variety in live stock this pet store can have on display, although some are not for sale. Today they had button quails just 10 days old for show. They still had a pot-belly pig on sale and the hairless guinea pigs were still, well… breeding.

There were a good number of dwarf bunnies and guinea pigs on sale. Two breeds of puppies were available, a German Shepherd and a few Cocker Spaniels. Also available were a nice assortment of parrots, finches, canaries, doves, lovebirds, and parakeets. I know I’m not getting everything so its better if you call and see if they have what your looking for. There’s just so much to look at.

The fish are plentiful also. This would be a good location to look at if you wanted to start a fresh water tank or pick up that fighting fish you’ve been holding out on. (Hint hint)
